These unique designs use a “teardrop” shaped OVATE wire cross section to manage stress and give more room for extra lift while the conical design gives HUGE benefits in reduction of active mass, variable frequency damping characteristics and all this adds up to more high rpm stability and longer reliability for stable valve trains!
The new TK-1813 is specifically designed to fit the smaller spring pockets found in stock LS type heads and is a perfect choice for guys running 660-700” lift with both hydraulic and solid rollers and lightweight components with stiff rocker systems such as a BTR shaft mount or similar setup!
