What a pleasant experience. Fernando was so attentive to what I wanted and offered a very fair and favorable price on having shocks replaced. After the job was completed, he noticed that the car was still emitting a noise so he had it diagnosed. He then sent me a video so I could show the dealership where I bought the car as it was still under warranty. Also the mechanic was amazing. He even waited 15 minutes pass closing time as I ran into traffic. Thank you bothšŸ˜ŠšŸ‘Œ

Needing all new tires I searched the internet to find a reputable dealer. Upon reading reviews I decided to try One Stop. Upon my initial visit I noticed his prices for services posted clearly in the reception area. That was unusual and reasurring. I spoke with the owner, Fernando. He seemed straight forward and honest. I proceeded to purchase Pirelli tires from him at what seemed a fair price. Months later my ā€œcheck engineā€ light came on. I took it to Auto zone and they could not find the code so, I decided to try One Stop again. I was not disappointed. Fernando once again came to my aid and fixed the problem that very same day even though he was obviously extremely busy! I left paying him his minimum rate and felt satisfied with both the service and speed in which it was rendered. He is now my go-to mechanic whom I am glad I found. highly recommend One Stop for all your auto needs.

Fernando and his team were amazing! Excellent customer service, kind, and professional. They took the time to explain the situation with my vehicle and offer solutions to correct the matter. They were honest about what needed immediate attention, and what to keep an eye on for the future. I appreciated the communication and attention to detail they provided me! I showed up at One stop first thing Saturday morning without an appointment with a blown ac line and Fernando had it replaced and recharged within a couple of hours. I am very happy with there service. Definitely recommend One Stop Tire and Auto.

I had a great experience at this tire shop. Fernando and his staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. I came in for tire service and oil change. I was impressed by how quickly everything was completed.The team made the experience easy and stress free. I would definitely recommend Fernando and his staff to my friends and family and will return for future services.
