We take a lot of pride in the work that leaves our shops. But what matters just as much is what happens after.

If you have a question, we want you to ask it.

If something doesn't feel right, we want to know.

Ever look at a wall like this and wonder what all of it actually does?

These chains, clamps, hooks and attachments are part of the equipment our technicians use during structural repairs.

Different repairs require different ways to securely hold, anchor, pull, and position parts of a vehicle while technicians work to bring the structure back where it belongs.

To most of us, it might just look like a wall full of really heavy tools.

To a body technician, it’s a toolbox.

And knowing which tool to use—and how to use it—is where experience comes in.

**“Do I have to use the repair shop my insurance company recommends?”**

Nope.

Your insurance company may provide a list of repair shops they work with—but **you have the right to choose where your vehicle is repaired.**

That means you can choose a shop based on who you trust, where you've had a good experience, or simply where you feel most comfortable having the work done.

Once you've chosen your repair shop, the shop can work directly with your insurance company throughout the repair process.

Insurance may be paying the bill, but it's still **your vehicle and your choice.**

Knowing your options can make an already stressful situation a little easier. ❤️

🏁 HUGE CONGRATULATIONS TO GRANT HUGHES! 🏆

Talk about making the most of a last-minute opportunity!

Grant Hughes was invited to race the KFX Series on Dirt in Lodi and came away with FIRST PLACE! 🥇

And this win was a big one — Grant earned a spot to represent the United States in Europe this May. 🇺🇸

We love seeing the Fix Auto colors in Victory Lane, but even more than that, we love celebrating the people connected to our Fix Auto family when they do something incredible.

Congratulations, Grant! Way to show up, race hard, and get it done. We’ll be cheering you on all the way to Europe! 🏁🇺🇸

❤️ THE JESSE WAY

Apparently, Jesse doesn’t know how to casually enter a salsa contest. 🌶️😂

For the third year, Jesse and members of the Fix Auto team showed up for the Helping Hands OV Salsa Cook-Off—a community event that raises money to help local seniors, individuals with disabilities, and families who could use a helping hand.

And when we say “showed up”…

Jesse spent months testing recipes and perfecting this year’s salsa.

Because if you know Jesse, you know that’s pretty much how he approaches everything.

Whether it’s repairing a vehicle, supporting his team, showing up for the community—or, apparently, making salsa—if it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing right.

This year, all that recipe testing paid off: Fix Auto took 1st Place in the Hot Salsa category! 🏆🌶️

But the trophy isn’t really what this story is about.

It’s about showing up.

It’s about supporting organizations doing good right here in our own backyard.

And it’s about having a whole lot of fun with the people you work alongside while doing it.
