✨ TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS ✨

We would like to address some issues we’ve been experiencing….

Since we started offering our new services such as TSA Pre-check, TWIC and Hazmat, we’ve been experiencing technical difficulties with the equipment provided by IdentoGO. We have addressed the issues with them several times and are hoping for a resolution soon.

In the meantime, please be patient as we are trying our best to get everyone in and out as quickly as possible.

Please do not be alarmed by the amount of people waiting in our lobby, we offer many different services and our staff is designated to their own services. We are working diligently to ensure you are taken care of in a timely manner.

JUNETEENTH HOLIDAY HOURS

We will be open until noon today considering we don’t have any technical issues. It is a federal holiday so all state and federal agencies are closed. Therefore, we will not have any support from those agencies if we lose our connection.

We will not be able to process any IdentoGO services such as TSA Pre-Check, TWIC, Hazmat or fingerprinting services.

We will also not be able to process any out of state Drivers License.
