Last post for the day.

The day went well. The correction went really good.

I slammed the hood on my thumb. It wasn’t pleasant.

I hate black piano trim. I despise it.

Seriously though, what sadist invented black piano trim? It looks nice for all of 5 minutes and then you look at it wrong and it scratches.

Polishing is going really good.

I was able to find my pad and polish combo fairly quickly and we are starting to move like a freight train now. 🚂

I have been waiting to announce this for almost two months now. 😁

It is an honor and a privilege to announce that we are a 2026 Acadiana’s Choice winner in the Best Auto Detailing category!!

‼️2nd Place!!!!!‼️

This is our 2nd full year in business and our first year here in Youngsville and we won 2nd place in Acadiana’s biggest “Best Of” contest.

I am honored and I am overjoyed!!

It really hit me when Laurel and I were standing in line to have our photo taken and a flood of emotions hit me. (No, I didn’t show it. I don’t think so anyway. 🤣)

All of our hard work and dedication paid off.

All of the days under the brutal sun in extreme temps have paid off.

All of the late nights in the shop questioning my will to live working to get a clients vehicle as close to perfect as possible has paid off.

It all paid off.

None of this would be possible without my family; my amazing wife and our amazing son Sladen and even our amazing daughter Piper who has helped us with details and with her crucial photography.

My wife believed in me and my dreams and goals and was a crucial part in getting this business going.

Our son Sladen has been by my side since jump street; getting up at the crack of dawn, busting his behind in the heat and in the cold, become an absolute boss and always making sure our clients interiors are done to PERFECTION.

Piper… she has helped with multiple details and her photography skills are on point. She’s also very bossy. 🙄
