We’ve had several guests ask whether they can provide their own parts, so we wanted to kindly explain our policy and why we will supply the parts for any repair.

We warranty both the parts and labor on the repairs we perform. When we supply the part, we can stand behind the complete repair and cover both the replacement part and any additional labor if a warranty issue occurs.

When a guest supplies a part, the manufacturer may cover the replacement part, but the additional labor usually is not covered. If the part turns out to be defective, you could end up paying for the same labor twice—an expense and inconvenience we want to help you avoid.

By supplying the parts ourselves, we can provide one clear warranty that covers the entire repair, simplify the warranty process, and help protect you from unexpected costs.

Our goal is to provide quality repairs and give you peace of mind knowing that we stand behind the work we do. We truly appreciate your understanding and the opportunity to serve you.

Our Owner: Kevin Luquette

He takes on every challenge with a smile and works hard to keep your vehicles running. It might not always be easy, and it might not happen quickly but he will keep digging, testing, researching and working on it until he finds the answer.

Before in and out Kevin owned a used-car business and spent 30 years working in the oilfield business, experiences that helped shape the knowledge, determination and work ethic he brings to the shop every day.

From the very beginning, our vision for In & Out has been about something bigger than a business or a bottom line.

🔹 Synthetic Blend → ~ up to 5,000 miles
🔹 Full Synthetic → ~up to 7,500 miles
🔹 Hard/Severe Driving → 3,000–5,000 miles
