We love all cars, but the new ones sure don’t have the style of the old ones - like this 77 Continental. Plus, I don’t think I’ve ever had a piece of furniture as comfortable as the pillow top seats this ‘land yacht’ has.

It's only Tuesday and we've had 3 no-shows already this week - While that's highly unusual for us, we still feel compelled to talk about appointment etiquette today. And I think we speak for all car detailers, as well as any small business that works by scheduled appointments. We understand that things come up and you can't always make your appointment, but please, don't just no-show. Call and tell us, we'll understand.

Like most small businesses, we have a limited number of available appointments each day and we schedule staff and customers accordingly. That means when a customer just doesn't show up, even after we confirmed their appointment a day or 2 in advance, it adversely impacts our business and employees.

It's almost never okay to just not show up for an appointment you've booked. So please, just call us and tell us you can't make it - even if it's last minute. Trust me, we'll understand and we'll get you in when it's a better time for you.

Jake's Auto Detailing is pleased to announce the unveiling of our 'Keep it Clean in Between' Maintenance program!

We understand that you want to keep your cars looking their best, which we find, leads to 2 basic problems. One is that you don't need a full detail every month. The other, is that while convenient, those automatic car washes are ruining your paint. And they don't help with your interior. Here's our solution:

After you've had us fully detail your vehicle, you're eligible to sign up for our maintenance program. For $75.00 / month, on autopay, we'll provide a once-a-month 90-minute refresh cleaning. This will include a Wash, Vacuum, interior Wipe Down, etc. PLUS, as a perk of the program, your second wax of the year, is on us.

We've also upgraded our waiting area with new furniture, a coffee / water station and TV so you can wait in comfort, while your vehicle is being cared for.

We can't believe how long it's been since we last posted - time really does fly.

Let us start by saying thank you to our wonderful clients who have entrusted us to care for their vehicles. We truly appreciate your continued loyalty to, and support for, this local small business.

One thing we've heard from many of you, is that you don't need a full detail every time you come in and you'd like to be able to just get your vehicle freshened up and looking good on a more frequent basis, without the time and cost of a full cleaning.

We heard you! Jake's is finalizing the roll out of our 'Keep it Clean in Between' maintenance program. This program will allow you to keep your vehicle looking great and take care of small detailing issues before they get out of hand.
