Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Warehouse & Inventory Manager to keep our locally-owned business running smoothly. You will be on the move frequently—managing stock levels, unloading orders, stocking heavy batteries, and operating a forklift. Beyond the warehouse, you will assist customers directly and jump in wherever the team needs help. This position requires physical activity, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Core Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing regular orders to ensure optimal stock availability.
Conduct physical audits of inventory to maintain accurate records.
Safely move, handle, and stock heavy batteries on warehouse shelves throughout the shift.
Operate a forklift to coordinate shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment (on-the-job training provided if needed).
Assist customers directly with purchases and general inquiries, providing excellent face-to-face service.
Support general warehouse upkeep and any other day-to-day duties requested by management.
