Hey truck, SUV and minivan owners, your luggage rack slats move. Usually pretty easily. Every so often loosen the them up, move them and wash the dirt out from underneath.

Your paint will thank you later, and doing so will keep the fasteners from rusting or seizing in place.

Wheels need love too!

These brand-new wheels on a brand-new F-250 already had a surprising amount of embedded brake dust.

We often see wheels permanently damaged because brake dust is left to sit on the surface. It’s highly corrosive, and over time it can actually etch the finish. Fortunately, these were caught early—well before any damage occurred.

The surprising part? They didn’t even look dirty.

Our Fuego Wheel Cleaner & Iron Remover quickly dissolved the embedded iron contamination, and we followed it up with a ceramic coating to help protect the finish from future brake dust buildup.

The benefits?

Here’s a smart customer. Not only is this the fourth vehicle we’ve coated for them, so obviously they know the benefits. But they also know the bonus of having the coating regularly maintained. Because, like anything else, maintaining something makes it work better and last longer.

With nothing but full size SUVs and pick ups lately, doing a simple maintenance wash on a two year old ceramic coating on a Miata was just the break I needed. Wearing our new ceramic sealant to help boost an aging coating, this thing is ready for its trip to Miata’s at the Gap in Fontana.
