We have had two tire issues this week. One that a customer needed plugged from a screw he ran over and picked up and another customer that has a front tire that’s completely shot and VERY DANGEROUS! (Zoom In).

While working on an older BMW 335i project car we found a few other issues….

Part of keeping your vehicle going is maintaining it and fixing the “coming soon” problems before they cause you to break down on the side of the road.

It also saves you time and money to address them before they become a bigger headache. More importantly we sometimes find safety issues and there is no dollar amount that you can put on your life or your family’s life.

Don’t let issues go until it’s too late!

Saturday we had a repeat customer and real life friend bring in his 2007 RWD BMW 335i that has a ton of mods and is INSANELY loud! He purchased this and has been making repairs to get her back to perfect.

On a Saturday we stayed LATE till 10 pm and did the following for him as he needed his car back so he can take his wife to some very serious important medical appointments. Waiting till the next business day wasn’t an option.

On a late night we completed….

1. Exhaust fl**ge repair with new bolts.

2. Oil change with k&n filter, New O Rings on filter housing, New crush washer on drain plug and fresh 5w 30 Mobile One - Fully synthetic motor oil.

3. Removed Old Charge Pipe that had a worn hole in it and replaced it with a new bright neon blue one supplied by customer.

4. Removed and Replaced bad starter! That wasn’t fun but we got it done!

5. Replaced bulbs in taillights and got them working properly again!

All this for about $1,000 LESS than most shops would charge AND on a Saturday!!!

We were HAPPY and honored to help our buddy. He’s happy, We’re happy and his car is one step closer to getting back to perfect!

Today’s Job is a 2011 Nissan Armada!

1. Brakes and Rotors ✅

2. Oil Change ✅

3. Tire Rotation ✅

More to come. Getting a new exhaust in the next couple days as well as new seat covers and LED Fog lights.

After that she is getting a new rack and pinion and an air suspension delete in the rear and switching to regular shock and springs! The air ride system in these trucks cause lots of headaches but we are fixing all that!

This 2009 Camry came to us with all 4 springs nearly cut off the struts!

Apparently the previous owner wanted a lowered Camry but didn’t have the money to lower it properly.

The new owner wanted to get her fixed and use her for work. While we were going over the car we found several other items that were in desperate need of repair including two new front axles, 2 front control arms, a bad engine torque strut mount as well as the 2 front speed sensors and new brakes and rotors. All in addition to 4 brand new loaded struts! WOW!

Now she sits up tall and proud and is ready to take on the PA roadways!

The moral of the story here is do not cut suspension parts. It not only changes your vehicles geometry and is extremely damaging and dangerous, buts it’s incredibly costly to repair!

Doing that one thing on this car caused many other parts to fail prematurely due to other parts supporting extra weight and being stressed in areas it shouldn’t have been.

This could have very easily caused a major accident and possibly hurt someone or maybe something worse.

Ultimately, we were happy to help get the customers vehicle drivable again and it passed PA state inspection easily upon completion.

Unlike most shops, we will stay after hours and if our schedule and parts allow, we will even stay overnight so you can be back up and running ASAP.
