💧 Stinky water? Might be time for a flush! 💧

One of my recent jobs had water coming out looking like weak coffee ☕ and smelling even worse 🤢 Turned out it was just buildup inside the water heater, a flush and new anode rod made all the difference.

If it’s been a while since your last water heater service, now’s a great time to get it cleaned up and checked out. I’ll handle the flush, check the anode, and make sure everything’s flowing like it should 💪

Before I start tearing into an RV appliance, I always check the 12V system first ⚡️

It’s the brain behind everything, calling the shots, flipping relays, and sending power where it needs to go.

When your 12V is weak or has a bad ground, things start acting funky… and it can look like your fridge, furnace, or water heater is toast when they’re really not 🤷‍♂️

A simple voltage check can save you time, stress, and unnecessary parts.

Was up on a roof this week and spotted seals starting to peel back and crack — a small thing that can turn into a big headache real quick.

Slide-out roof seals take a beating from the sun and weather. Once they dry out or lift, water finds a way in and it usually shows up way too late.

If you’re not sure what shape yours are in, I’m happy to take a look while I’m already on top doing other work.
