Harvest Honda is currently looking for a motivated individual who enjoys working in a team environment to join our Sales Department. This position offers excellent earning potential, ongoing training, and opportunities for career growth.
No automotive sales experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to succeed.
Job Responsibilities
Satisfy the transportation needs of vehicle purchasers by providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Approach, greet, and offer assistance to customers visiting the dealership showroom or sales lot.
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their needs and preferences.
Explain vehicle features, performance, applications, and benefits to prospective customers.
Present available options, accessories, protection products, and equipment packages.
Utilize dealership sales processes, customer follow-up systems, and CRM tools.
Maintain a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
Understand and comply with federal, state, and local laws governing retail automobile sales.
Establish personal sales and income goals consistent with dealership expectations and develop strategies to achieve those goals.
Attend sales meetings, product training, and professional development opportunities as requested.
Stay informed about new vehicle models, features, technology, incentives, and dealership programs.
Complete sales documentation accurately and in accordance with dealership policies.
Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure they understand vehicle operation, warranty coverage, and ownership documentation.
Maintain customer follow-up activities that encourage repeat and referral business.
Develop and maintain a consistent prospecting and lead-generation system.
Work collaboratively with management and fellow team members to achieve dealership objectives.
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or automotive experience.
Experience using CRM software.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
