Big progress at Points North Garage Condos! Our site sign is officially installed on the property, and things are moving forward. We have officially closed on the land acquisition, Washington County has recorded the development plat, and our building permit plans are currently in review with the City of Forest Lake. We are anticipating groundbreaking in June.

Points North is being designed as a premium garage ownership community for people who need more room for cars, boats, RVs, motorcycles, tools, hobbies, or business/flex use.

Units will feature tall overhead doors, generous ceiling height, heated floors, and the ability for owners to customize their space with options like mezzanines, bathrooms, finished walls, flooring, lifts, lounge areas, and more.
