I had a customer call me to check out his 6.7 powerstroke with a check engine light and derate issues. The truck was just serviced at the local ford dealership for a PM service and check engine light. They said he was good to go. The check engine light was back on and immediately went into derate. Opened the hood with the customer standing there and seen right away the large split in his CAC hose and his air filter was horrible. I have a picture of the air filter but not of the CAC hose. I went ahead made the repairs along with the WIF sensor that was also causing a check engine light and derate.
