A week of Mondays at our shop. 3 full bays waiting on parts, doing repairs in the parking lot, and hours on the phone for a warranty on a failing transmission with only 20k miles.

But one high point during this week of absolute chaos… When a company you haven’t worked with yet says they want to start supplying your parts because it’s a rarity to find a shop willing to fight for their customers, you get a little big in your britches.

We’ve never offered the fastest service but absolutely promise that we will do our best to keep you on the road with the best service and products out there. Nicole helps in the shop, but the other half of her job is being on the phone and advocating for every customer who decides to trust us with their business.
