Happy Monday!

We want to congratulate the Worland High Skills USA welding team for their 11th place results at nationals! Out of 44 competing teams, that is OUTSTANDING! These boys are so fortunate to have an awesome instructor helping them to achieve their goals!

We love supporting our community and youth, so we were pumped to see our bench was place out at the fairgrounds as well.

It’s looking to be a busy week in the shop!

And don’t forget, our customer appreciation bbq is June 26th!

Today’s question… who was the last guy in here?

Head gasket job on a Duramax, thankfully for our customer the heads look great and we can save him some cash there, but whoever installed the injectors did the truck owner dirty. Half of the compression washers were either missing or installed incorrectly, and all the o rings torn on the other half. Plus 99% of the hardware was stripped out completely adding tons of added work on Slim’s end. Thankfully we have all the replacement parts we need on the way, and we can start the cleaning process for going back together.

Truck #2 is in for replacement brakes on the rear end… which for a Powerstroke dually means wheel seals and more, so we went to double check the differential oil and it was LOW. Who was the last a hole in here? (It was us by the way 😂) This customer’s last oil change and inspection we advised him that his rear brakes were nearing the end of their lives, and his rear pinion was leaking but levels looked good for now. So luckily the brake failure saved him a rear end it looks like! 👏🏻

We are still running a little behind schedule but we’re diligently working to get every truck back to the highest standard and on the road.

We will forever recommend our fuel systems run through Industrial Injection! This 12 Valve drove off the lot this mornin...

We will forever recommend our fuel systems run through Industrial Injection! This 12 Valve drove off the lot this morning running like a top and ready to hit the highway.

Our customer came in for an oil leak concern, and Slim noticed that the leak was coming from the injection pump. We pulled the pump and sent it off for a rebuild. The guys at Industrial were able to help us set this customer up for success as he builds horsepower in the future.

We finished the install on a 12mm Dragon Fly, set to the already installed 50 horse injectors, so down the road there will be no need for pump changes, we will be able to tune and set this Dragon Fly far past the 650 horse that our customer eventually wants to hit.

Being able to install your P7100, and have an immaculate start up with no need to set timing is really the cherry on top.

We’re rocking through those big projects as we’re closed. Can’t wait to get the next truck rolling out!

Good morning!

The shop is closed to walk ins this week. We are under the wire on some big projects and will be buckling down to get trucks out.

We will still be doing customer pick ups, and keeping in contact with everyone on the schedule.

Holy cow, we’ve made it to our 2 year anniversary! There are no words to express our thanks to all of you! We are so blessed to live in a community where we were able to build a business off of word of mouth and reputation alone.

These 2 years have been a whirlwind of crazy fixes, huge repairs, custom jobs, incredible customers, learning experiences and so much more. Our customers have become friends, we’ve been able to provide an asset to our area, and support our little town and youth in so many ways.

We’re so thankful that God brought us to this position and brought all of you to our doors! We’re rolling through big projects right now and can’t wait to see what the future holds!

We want to keep our customers informed on your vehicles, and changes.

If you were not aware, coming in 2027 all new vehicles will use AI tech to read your body language and will not shift if it deems that you are “impaired”. So in cases of emergency, frustration, etc your vehicle will decide for you that you cannot drive. Not only is this insanely unsafe, but it is another step in government overreach.

Please keep yourselves in the know before you decide to purchase that new vehicle. We personally encourage our customers to maintain their older vehicles or don’t buy anything post 2018-2019.

One of the hardest parts of this job is making sure previous fixes are corrected while we have a truck in the shop. Sadly not everyone will be honest or upfront when it comes to repairs. This week we’ve found a 6.0 Powerstroke with siliconed valve cover holes instead of repairing threads, and an accessory drive mount with a snapped off bolt on an ISX Cummins. Our goal is to make sure that your truck leaves better than it came in, and that takes time. Being transparent about your repairs keeps you up to date with everything on your truck, and quite frankly helps us sleep at night
