Administrative Assistant, Part-Time
Schedule:
● Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position plays a key
role in keeping daily operations running smoothly by providing clerical support, customer service, and
light social media management. This role is flexible during the school year to accommodate school
drop-offs and pick-ups.
Pay:
$17–$21 per hour, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
● Handle new customer onboarding by completing and recording all forms thoroughly
● Process invoice payments in full, including credit card and check transactions
● Keep the break room stocked and organized
● Answer phones professionally and take clear, detailed messages
● Maintain organized filing systems
● Collect phone messages and manage the Outlook calendar for the Director of Becker Farms
Maintenance
● Sends thank-you cards to new customers after their first completed paid job
● Support and maintain the company’s social media presence
● Perform other general office tasks as needed
Requirements:
● High school diploma or GED required
● Strong phone communication skills
● Basic computer skills (Outlook calendar management experience preferred)
● Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
● Friendly, professional demeanor
