Appalachian Foothills Region Founded in 2012, the AFR serves license plate collectors from the eastern third of Tennessee and all of Georgia. Georgia "Peach Plate" independent meets.

Founded in 2012, the Appalachian Foothills Region is an organization serving license plate collectors and covers the eastern third of Tennessee and all of Georgia. The AFR currently is host to the East TN Auto Pl8s meet, an officially sanctioned ALPCA event, plus two. We welcome attendance by anyone from anywhere sharing an interest in license plate collecting. Officially sanctioned ALPCA meets: only ALPCA members in good standing may have a sale table.

Important meet update: We are watching the forecast and expect the storms to clear the area by early afternoon. As such, we are still planning on opening the hall at 3pm. Having said that, everyone stay safe and don't make the journey if you do not feel safe doing so, or wait until Saturday morning when the hall will open at 8am. The rain may clear out but it will likely still be windy.

Thoughts and prayers go out to everyone affected by the storm.
