BIG NEWS! Our 37th annual East Tennessee Auto Pl8s meet is only 7 weeks away! Mark your calendars: Friday, September 25th (3pm - 9pm) and Saturday, September 26th (8am - 1pm). And for the first time, we have a HOST HOTEL! The Best Western Plus, located at 107 Interstate Drive NW, Cleveland, Tennessee 37312 has offered us a room rate of $99 which is valid for Friday and/or Saturday nights. We are also taking requests for our 2026 souvenir plates, which will enter production soon. Plates (both pass and cycle) are $20 each. Up to 5 characters for passenger and 4 characters for cycle. A limited run of numeric will be available for general sale. Any number over 50 is considered a vanity and can be ordered in duplicate.

The Appalachian Foothills Region proudly presents the 37th Annual East Tennessee Auto Pl8s meet at the Tri-state Exhibition Center, 200 Natures Trl. SW, Mc Donald, TN 37353 (I-75, exit 20, same location as last year). The fun starts on Friday with early set-up at 3:00 PM, head start trading and a dinner social in the meeting hall. Hours FRI 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, SAT 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Free admission, tables $10 first come, first served. There will be display awards as well as a donation auction.
