As most of you know, GM no longer produces the 2500 SUV chassis, which means every true HD Suburban/Yukon XL conversion in the world depends on reusing original 2000–2013 2500 SUV chassis platforms.

And honestly… on a 6-figure build, simply “sandblasting and powder coat” just isn’t enough for us anymore. 👀

So we’ve raised the bar AGAIN. 💪

Every selected chassis now goes through a multi-stage preservation process designed to make these platforms last for the long haul:

✔️ Fully chemically stripped down to bare metal
✔️ Sent to a galvanizing facility for complete hot-dip galvanizing — inside & out
✔️ Then professionally powder coated for maximum durability and corrosion resistance

This process is expensive.
