If I could give this dealership a negative ten, it still wouldn't be enough. I purchased a certified pre owned car and was told that damages to the car would be fixed . I had it all in writing. The sales member, Christopher White, kept coming up with different totals for a final payment. It took two sales members to finally come up with a final total that made sense. Acura had me make an appt for a loaner so that they could take my car to fix. The day before they canceled and no one contacted me to reschedule. After speaking to a manager two days later, I was set up with another appointment. The day came and someone came to pick up my car but without a loaner. I specifically had an email that states I would receive a loaner vehicle. After talking to two managers, they finally "found" a loaner. Acura had my car for two weeks and returned it with the same damages. I declined to take the car and tried contacting Acura to no avail. I had all the repairs that needed to be done in writing. The next day after work, I called to find out about why the work wasn't done. Mind you, they received my car and never called me.
Now it gets better. I spoke to the managers Justin and Joseph in regards to my car. I lived 40 min away and work two jobs so the deal was for them to drop my car off. Now a manager by the name of Sean told me that I have to come and get the car. I was working both my jobs the next day so I could not. So the next day when I left home to go to my second job, the car was gone. I called Sean and he said he looked but the car was probably stolen. He told me not to call the cops, he would do it. I called the cops anyway. I explained that the car was not stolen because no one would "Hotwire" a 2020 mdx. Plus the officer picked up the plates four times that day since it went missing in the vicinity of Paragon Acura. The cops came and spoke to Sean on the phone and magically, the car appeared. He authorized for the car to be picked up without my knowledge. I had a work computer, ID, headphones and sunglasses in the car that was supposedly stolen. I have been calling the dealership but they have been screening their calls and are not picking up. I used another phone to call and they answered. When they found out it was me, they put me on hold and hung up. I have contacted the better business bureau as well as corporate. I have yet to get my items back and they still have my car in the shop and I don't have a car to go pick up my car.
DO NOT GO HERE. SHADY, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNHELPFUL, and UNACCOMMODATING. LITERALLY GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. HORRIBLE SHADY AND UNPROFESSIONAL ALL AROUND.
RUINED MY CAR AND TRIED TO PULL WOOL OVER EYES ABOUT IT. DONT GO HERE.
