Outside of the shop, Mike is a huge family man and loves spending time with his family whenever he gets the chance.

Next up, meet one of our rockstars, Trey! 🔧

Trey has been working on cars, trucks, and boats since he could walk. Before he was 21, he had already earned his A&P Certification, and since then has earned countless ASE certifications along the way.

With over 24 years of experience in the automotive and aviation industries, there isn’t much Trey hasn’t worked on or figured out.

His knowledge and experience make him a huge asset to XLR8, but more importantly, he’s a great family man and a true friend.

We’re lucky to have him on the XLR8 team! 💪🔧

Meet Uncle Mike, one of the newest additions to the XLR8 crew!

Let’s just say… Uncle Mike doesn’t drive the forklift anymore. 😂 There may or may not be a reason for that…

But what he IS great at is keeping the shop organized, the lot in tip-top shape, and making sure everything around XLR8 stays looking good.

Every shop needs an Uncle Mike… just maybe keep him off the heavy equipment. 🤣

EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT WEEK 🔦

We figured it was time to introduce you to the people behind XLR8!

Kicking things off, I’m Russell Justus, owner of XLR8 Diesel Trucks.

I took over XLR8 about six years ago, and what started from a passion for motorcycles, cars, racing, and anything with an engine has grown into something I’m extremely proud of.

To all of our customers, thank you for trusting me and the XLR8 team with your vehicles over the last five years. Whether you’ve been with us from the beginning or just found us recently, your support is what has allowed us to keep growing and doing what we love.

But XLR8 wouldn’t be what it is today without the team behind it. So throughout this week, we’re going to introduce you to the people who keep this place moving every day.

I’ll go first — Owner, problem solver, and occasionally the problem creator. 😂
