β’ Sponsors and Annual spot holders must reserve parking for this race!
β’ Parking will be TIGHT!
β’ NO SIDE PITTING ALLOWED!
β’ EVERY parking spot MUST have a trailer in it!
β’Free Parking available- request at the gate, you do not have to reserve parking if you are choosing one of the free parking spots.
β’ Spectator parking WILL be separate from the pits! There is no charge for spectator parking, youβll just pay the gate admission fee!

π RACE LINEUP β IMPORTANT REMINDER! We know there is no such thing as a perfect race lineup that works for every driver! We try to accommodate everyone and allow adequate time between classes. However, with drivers competing in multiple classes, some conflicts are unavoidable.
β οΈ IF YOU NEED ADDITIONAL TIME BETWEEN CLASSES, PLEASE COMMUNICATE WITH THE GRID OFFICIALS!

Rental fee for a set of A20T right sides mounted on wheels is $25.00!
*$50 fee to replace a bent wheel.

All karts must report to pre-tech with tires bolted on your kart BEFORE practice starts.

Once on track β tires must remain dirty for the rest of event.

Tires will be stamped, and logged in accordingly at pre-tech!
β οΈ Remove any old sidewall stamps by lightly buffing with dry Scotch-Brite (no chemicals, no brake cleaner etc.)
β οΈ NO altering of tires β no cutting, sanding, surfacing etc.
β οΈ If the tire looks any different than being ran on a dirt track you will be sent back to your trailer.
β οΈ All COD treaded rules apply at all times!
β οΈTread depth is POST- RACE tech.
βΌοΈTread depth min as published in COD rules:
Right sidesβLeft front is .060 min.
Left rear is .040 min.
β‘οΈRandom tire samples may be taken at any time.

Adults: ONE set of tires for flat kart + ONE set of tires for champ kart (no switching between them). Tires are registered to the driver (no sharing tires).
Juniors: If running flat kart + Jr champ, you may run the same set of tires. Tires are registered to the driver (no sharing tires).
BEAUTY & THE BEAST tires will have a separate stamp. * If you choose to run the same set in B&B and other classes then that set will be stamped accordingly with {2} stamps.

All weights must be securely fastened and painted white with kart number written on each piece per WKA rules.
Jr red & Jr green drivers must wear a chest protector at all times while on track!
All Champ kart drivers must wear arm restraints adjusted properly at all times while on track!
Go Pros mounted on helmets are not allowed!
All karts must meet WKA safety requirements.
