Just as a heads up, for 2027 we are considering removing a bunch of lakes from the service area we cover. With all the invasive stuff going around is it making our jobs extremely difficult and expensive. It's not feasible to have a set of equipment, waders, wet suits and ect for each lake. This would hopefully also help with my lead times. Most summers we work 60 hour weeks and lead time averages 3-4 weeks. We are going to try to get closer to 40-45 hours a week next year and hopefully only 2-3 week lead times. 60 hour weeks means im stuck doing paper work when I have my daughter and id be nice to be able to spend more time with her. Thank you for understanding
