What people don't see while we're on "vacation". Not complaining, but vacation is never a normal person's vacation when Heather Pinc Wilebski Stiller and i are out of the shop. Yes I hear people say close the shop while your gone.... doesn't work like that. We have 2 great techs that we need to keep busy when we are not there. They don't write estimates, or order parts, or deal with all the customers. Mike LeMire does have to deal with customers that stop in, or occasionally call them for questions on thier bikes. Braiden or Hailey deals with customers dropping off or picking up after hours. Heather and I coordinate most of that. There's days we don't get out of hotel till between 11-2. Every morning we are on computer and phones for hours, and every evening when done riding. I have to pull over countless times to return phone calls or even write estimates. We write all estimates then call or text customer with totals. Then coordinate pickup with customer and Mike and braiden. Then email braiden estimates so he can print them from his email for customers. Laptop gets brought in when we eat, hell this time I was writing estimates middle of nowhere in south Dakota under a bridge. We always try to make sure customers are taken care of.
