Haven’t posted for awhile on here mainly because we have been very busy. We are getting some upgrades to the current shop but still doing repairs.

We specialize in European diesel vehicles, anything from inspections to engine swaps or custom builds we can do it. Custom tuning, ecu+tcu cloning, turbos, flywheels, timing belts, cp4 fuel system failures, electrical issues we can fix it.

We also have a lot of imported vw and BMW parts available from Europe, 6 speed Tdi transmissions, big turbos, performance parts etc. We also have timing belts kits in stock for every year tdi and a lot of regular maintenance items as well.

Hope everyone had a great Labor Day weekend, just wanted to update everyone that I’m not taking on any new jobs until October. I will be out of the country for a few weeks and just taking a short break in the action.

I will still try and keep an eye on messages during that time.

It’s been awhile since I’ve updated the page. Had a lot going on in the shop with some big swap projects and a lot of repairs. Also working towards getting a new shop built this winter.

With everything going on, I’m going to be dialing back on doing bigger repair jobs but I will still be open to doing some timing belts, clutches and smaller jobs. I am also working with boxeer on next years Pikes Peak diesel race car. You can check him out here: https://www.boxeer.com/

As some of you already know I successfully swapped a mk4 tdi ALH with a dq250 6 speed dsg transmission from an mk6 tdi. I am also working on an easier and cheaper 6 speed manual swap for the guys out there with wore out 5 speeds in their mk4/mk5 platform cars.

To sum up this post I want to say thank you to all of my customers for your support and being willing to make 4-10+ hr drives from other states to have me work on your cars.

Cp3 conversion on a CJAA TDI completed, using an adapter kit from Fisher Motor Works. I went with this kit because it allows you to use the Bmw r70 cp3 pump from any 335d or X5 35d. The Bmw pump is capable of flowing plenty of fuel for the 2.0 tdi, and doesn’t require any tuning to work with the stock tune.

This car was towed in as it had suffered a complete cp4 failure. Also did a new timing belt kit and dsg service on this one.
