Customer appreciation alert !!!!!🚨🚨🚨 ok, this one is far overdue!! I am all about giving credit where credit is due. The first state inspection customers for Gabe’s Automotive are Kyle and Mackenzie! They joined us for our 5 year anniversary party where I was reminded of this pivotal moment in Gabes’ history!! 😅 So Kyle and Mackenzie, thank you for trusting us with your vehicles and being our first Inspection customers!

Highlight Repair of the week alert 🚨🚨🚨 We always enjoy these(not really 😅)…..evaporator core replacement!! All of this labor for one little leaking core. You can see the AC dye in the picture. These repairs can be challenging, but having experienced certified technicians working on your car makes it easier.

Look for some new promotions coming up this fall with free oil change trivia! Later today we will be posting a picture with a question. The first to get it right gets a free oil change. (Unless it’s a Ferrari or some 60 quart oil change custom truck aka some restrictions apply! 😅). Also a reminder, Gabe’s Automotive will be closed on Monday, September 7th, 2026 in observance of the Labor Day Holiday.

5 years…..don’t they go by in a blink. 5 years ago on Monday, August 9th, 2021, Gabe’s Automotive turned on the open sign for the first time. I opened Gabe’s during Covid with a dream of success, making an impact in our community we call home, and honoring my father. Looking back over these five years I believe that mission, although ongoing, is being accomplished.

We celebrated 5 Years of Gabe’s Automotive last weekend with a team I couldn’t be more proud of (minus David he was sick!). I think this is the best team in the business and everyday you all prove it. Gabe’s is nothing without you and I thank you.

To our customers that trust us with your vehicles…thank you for walking through that door. Everyday we strive to earn your trust, operate with honesty, respect, and integrity. Qualities my father didn’t just expect, he demanded. We are humbled by the support we receive from this great community and I thank you.

Happy 4th of July from the entire Gabe’s Automotive Family. 🇺🇸 ❤️🤍💙

Originally, we were going to be off the 3rd of July but our schedule just did not permit that. I’m so proud of this team working through one of the hottest weeks I can remember. Their push, drive, and determination is the effort that my Dad, for whom we are named after, would have given for his family. Because of this, Gabe’s Automotive will be closed Monday, July 13th as a THANK YOU to the men and women that makes up Gabe’s Automotive. You all wow me everyday and I thank you.💙🧡

We had a lot of big repairs this week at Gabe’s Automotive, but this one I wanted to highlight. To change a thermostat on this vehicle, not only did the condenser have to come out, but the radiator, the bumper, the bumper support, the front brace, the headlights, the entire front end. 😅😂😂. Also want to highlight the amount of coolant hoses there are. The days of an upper and lower radiator hose and two heater hoses are so far gone. So if your vehicle has a coolant leak, it might not just be a simple hose. 😅

New Hire Alert!!!! 🚨🚨🚨 Have you ever said to yourself “this is really important I need to do it” and somehow a million things come up everyday and it doesn’t get done? Well, saying “New hire alert” isn’t entirely true because blink your eyes and he has worked here 4 months already!!! I want to introduce everyone to our newest Tech, and a big asset to our team, Nate! Nate graduated from Tidewater Technical Institute and has been a mechanic for over 10 years. Nate enjoys various activities such as hiking, talking to our Director of Fun, Madison, about anime, is a newlywed, and recently I found out he and his new bride like to play Magic the Gathering. I have no clue what that is but I’m always down to learn! So without further ado, our new tech Nate!
