Go the extra mile for a customer. Prep a trailer on Sunday as he claims to work Monday through Saturday. Guess what? He ghosted. 90% of my customers are awesome people, but it hurts to be honest these days.

I have to post about this. Even as a micro business in rural Arizona Bangladeshi scammers will try and hit you. When I am contacted for a custom order trailer, well maybe I am paranoid, but I check out the customer’s online information. Yeah, this guy tried a scam. Oh well, just a warning to all my fellow micro business owners.

Chase Prazniki was my friend, we met standing in alphabetical order while checking into the Field Artillery Officer Basic Course at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. Chase was a graduate of West Point, I was prior enlisted from Officer Candidate School. Chase read my ribbons like a book. Olson who was in front of me (my name is Pettinger) was also OCS. We were talking about the Army and the school ahead of us. Chase asked us to help him learn how the real Army worked. No “ring tapper arrogance” a Soldier and great man. I would never have graduated if Chase had not helped me. Chase was killed in Afghanistan in an IED attack on his vehicle. Take a moment and honor him today.
