Any looking for a nice all around of a mare!! She’s 8 ottb 16 hands. The easiest keeper you’ll ever find! Does wear front shoes. Jumps around or throw a western saddle on and go play in the barrels and poles (she could use some more work on the turns but she’s willing lol 😂) changes are as auto at they can be. Brave to all jumps no stop at all! Has shown at hits Saratoga. Very ammy friendly! Mid to high fours!

Anyone looking for a quiet hunter type 7 yr old tb gelding? Could turn into a nice lesson horse with more time. He’s had a rough go for the last few months but he’s doing much better and is ready to find his person!! I have to many and some need to go before winter hits! Only reason he’s for sale! Low fours! Perfect home is a must!

Have room for boarders! And taking on a few new lessons students! (We have lesson horses so you do not need to own) we also have some horses up for half lease as well!

Two outdoors with fabulous footing with a pavilion for shade for those hot summer days for parents!
Jump field
Small trail
Indoor w heated viewing room
All boarders get a tack locker in heated tack room
Individual or group turn outs. All paddocks have access to grass fields for the summer!
Outside wash bay. Inside wash stall with hot water.
Year round bathroom!

Looking like the majority of people would love to do Saturday! Start time of 5 work for everyone??? $30 a rider ride in whatever you’d like! I can add or take away from the normal class list. And guess what!!!!!!! I have a real timer now! Need to work on getting a score board (but holy cow are they expensive!!! Might need to do a go fund me for that 😂😂😂😂

If Saturday afternoon works better for people I can also make that happen too. Just let me know. We can do 5 or 6 Friday evening ….. or 4 ish 5 on Saturday….

I have a quiet Friday evening would any gamers like to get in one last practice before your big weekend next weekend???? We can be in the big ring! Can do alittle pay back on some classes. $30 for the evening….. anyone interested??? Would like to get more than 5 gamers to come to run the evening.
