Resealing some vents today and replacing a plumbing vent cap. Noticed that the skylight was cracked in several places so will have to come back out and replace and reseal it.

We’ve been having trouble with our OTA antenna the last few times we have have camped. So while I had time today I checked all of the cables and booster and quite a few fittings were loose. The last thing to check was the connection to the antenna and to do that you have to remove the old sealant and screws. Glad I checked it out because the cable was hanging on by a thread. Once that was taken care of I reinstalled and resealed it. Good as new!

How dirty can they get you may ask? It’s a wonder this AC was still working. Tripping the breaker when it got above 90 outside is what got the customer to reach out. I provided a thorough cleaning and checked all the components and everything checked out fine. Needless to say he was very pleased with the work that I did and grateful to not have to worry about it tripping the breaker again.
