In the near future, we'll be getting the roof and siding replaced on the laundromat. This will require some closures, so we'll try to post signage ahead of time when closing is needed.

We're also re-paneling the car wash bays soon, starting with the closed bay.

I'm not sure what evergy is up to, but we've had multiple surges and outages over the last two days.
This is causing breakers and over current protectors to flip, electronics to brown out and freeze, and has killed two wifi switches so far.

We've gotten everything back up and running (again) hopefully they've fixed the issue by now.

As I was writing this the power went out again so I don't know what they're doing......

Looking for a couple things!

1. (COMPLETED)Mobile TIG welder - one of our pump stands has some cracked welds we need tacked back together. They're all stainless steel.

2. Contractor - We plan to replace the roof and siding on the laundromat (metal on both) , and repanel the car wash bays/ceilings. This is something we need done before the end of the year. Mostly looking for the laundromat. I may do the carwash bays myself

Looking for recommendations. Reputable contractors only.

UPDATE: Money has been found.

Kevin Nugent found the last money stash within like 10 minutes.....

I'll narrow down the search area tomorrow if nobody finds it. But this is a publicly accessible area, and is not the car wash or laundromat.
