The results keep piling up and I have been to busy to keep them posted up to date.

Here is one that concluded not to long ago. If you are accepting the insurers 1st offer you might want to talk to us first.

The initial insurer offer you can see was $3341.62. That was what they wanted to settle this claim for.

The final agreement between myself and their named appraiser was $67,113.38.

The actual final amount paid to the insured because of policy limits was $59,341.00

There is likely a repair story behind that.

This is insane.

A Porsche was split in two tonight in Dunwoody, Georgia.

Dunwoody Police Department is on the scene of this crash on Meadow Lane near Ridgeview Road.

Police said the driver of this Porsche hit a tree with enough force to split the vehicle in half.

Remarkably, the driver sustained only minor injuries.

The driver’s seat was the only section of the cabin left intact.

As it's obvious from the picture, police said speed being considered a primary factor.

All lanes are currently closed.

Can you list one or more reasons why a repair shop would not give a customer copies of the photos during their repair, copies of the pre-scan and post scan, copies of the calibrations, copy of a final bill?

Why would a shop be insulted when a customer tells them they are having their vehicle inspected for Loss in Value after the repair and they want to document just how hard it was hit, what kind of repairs were needed and how they were completed so they can more easily recover the correct amount of value their vehicle lost when it was impacted by another party.

Is there more to the story when I shop works against the vehicle owner in obtaining all of this?

Should the "partner insurer" to the DRP MSO shop force these items to be given to the vehicle owner?

If the insurer tells you they don't pay "loss in value" or they don't know what it is.

Give me a call, we can be sure you have what you need to open their eyes and their minds.

Repair center was a large MSO shop in Maine

Insurer is a larger insurer offering insurance over most of the U.S.

Repair center told customer about $17,300.00 in repairs and stayed with that quote most of the time it was being repaired.

Insurer offered repairs around $9000.00 to start.

Vehicle owner was concerned she would have to pay the difference, that is when she reached out to me.

Final pricing was almost exactly $9000.00.

Repair shop removed $8000 from their quoted pricing.

Updates coming in just now, months after the repair. Photos of center pillar replacement, documented calibrations not on insurers final claims payment documentation after multiple requests for all Photos and documentation.

The vehicle is going back to repair center to correct defects. Issues surrounding items invoiced but not completed documented by Photos provided by repair shop ongoing.
