ar housing industry in 1968. Modular homes are now referred to as "System Built" housing. In 1976 the "trailer" industry came under a federal building code transforming the industry into Manufactured Housing. Bob Feather continues to change with the needs and expectations of our customers along with the ever evolving housing industry needs. Work performed by Bob Feather Homes can range from the simple placement of a home on a site to a complete home package, just turn the key and move in. Steps in this process may include obtaining a building permit, excavation of raw ground, a foundation, utilities (sewer, water and electric), garage, walkways and driveway, retaining walls, final grading and even planting grass. Our founder, Robert P. Feather stated: "As we look to the future, we believe that Bob Feather Homes' commitment to consistancy, integrity and service will continue to add value to your investment.
