Here is a Kawasaki Mule 3010 Trans 4x4 from Wimberley, TX. The vehicle came in with a cranks, no start condition after sitting for 2-3 years. We performed an entire fuel system overhaul and major service. Now the vehicle starts, idles and performs great.

Here is a Polaris Ranger 4x4 from Wimberley, TX. The vehicle came in with an overheating complaint. Troubleshooting found a defective 20A thermal circuit breaker. We installed a new circuit breaker and now the fan cycles properly and there is no more overheating.

Here is the San Marcos Marshall Polaris Ranger Crew 1000XP from San Marcos, TX. The vehicle came in with a clutch chatter complaint and with the MIL illuminated with DTC P0314 (misfire detected, cylinder not identified). We inspected the clutches and drive belt assembly and operated the vehicle with the converter case cover removed to monitor dynamic clutch operation. All looked and operated as designed. The customer stated the vehicle is driven at low speeds in high gear. With the added weight of all the safety equipment the clutch load was excessively high causing clutch chatter. The ECM saw the CKP input out of specification for an extended period of time and interpreted the condition as a misfire. It was recommended the vehicle be operated in low gear at any speed below 20mph to avoid clutch chatter and driveline stress.

Here is a Polaris Ranger from Wimberley, TX. The vehicle came in with a no crank, no start condition. We discovered a defective brake pedal/ignition interlock switch. The switch was in a very difficult position on the vehicle and was sized to the brake metering block but we were finally able to replace the switch. Now the vehicle starts every time.

Here is a 2023 Polaris Ranger Crew SP 570 EFI from the Hays County Parks & Recreation Department. The vehicle came in with a MIL illuminated, low power complaint. We did experience the MIL on but no DTCs stored. We determined it was a CAN communication issue between the vehicle and the ECM. We found battery terminals excessively loose. We cleaned and tightened the battery terminals, cleaned and tightened all three master chassis grounds. The vehicle has been returned to the customer.

Here is a Polaris Ranger from Wimberley, TX. The vehicle came in with a major hesitation off idle at all times. The customer installed an aftermarket throttle body, fuel injectors and fuel pump. Additionally the spark plug insulators were damaged or missing. We inspected fuel pressure and fuel pressure bleed down which was to specification. We inspected the TPS output voltage which was excessively low at 0.039 DCV. We adjusted the TPS output voltage to specification at 0.0710 DCV. We also installed new spark plugs and spark plug wires. Now the vehicle accelerates smoothly under all conditions.

Here is a Polaris Ranger Crew 900 XP from Wimberley, TX. The vehicle came in with Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) 520344 17, Adaptive Fuel Correction Bank 1
Data valid but below normal operating value. We inspected H02S and T-MAP operation, fuel pump volume output with key cycle and fuel pressure. We discovered the fuel pressure was 25 psi and would not hold that pressure. Operating pressure is 53 psi and pressure should hold when the engine is shut off. We replaced the fuel pump and now the vehicle performs as designed.
