🚧 I-5 SOUTH CLOSURE — PLAN AHEAD! 🚧

We know this has been all over the news, but it’s a big enough deal that we want to make sure our Tyler’s Automotive friends and neighbors have it on their radar.

If you’ll be traveling on I-5 south through the Portland area, expect a significant closure and some serious traffic impacts. Even if you don’t normally take I-5, detours could mean extra congestion on surrounding roads throughout the area.

A few reminders:
🚗 Give yourself extra time
📍 Check your route before you leave
⛽ Don’t head out on empty
🧘 And pack a little extra patience!

Sometimes the best vehicle advice we can give has nothing to do with what’s under the hood. Stay safe out there!

🔊 When your car starts making noises that sound expensive…

We get it. Sometimes turning up the radio and pretending you didn’t hear it feels like a perfectly reasonable strategy.

Unfortunately, those clunks, squeals, rattles and grinding noises rarely fix themselves—and catching something early can often save you money in the long run.

So enjoy the meme…but don’t actually use the earplugs. 😉

Happy Monday Friends!

Believe it or not, this is the last full week of summer. Around Oregon, that means we may still have a few warm afternoons ahead—but cooler mornings, shorter days and fall weather are definitely on the way.

Enjoy those last bits of summer while you can. Take the long way home, roll down the windows, squeeze in one more evening on the patio…and maybe start thinking about where you put your boots and rain jacket.

Here’s to a great week from all of us at Tyler’s Automotive! 🚗🍂

"Making an appointment is easy, the text reminders are appreciated, and the kind and knowledgeable folks at the front desk (like Mark & Aaron) are helpful and explain everything in detail so there aren't major surprises."

We pause today to remember the lives lost on 9/11.

Tyler’s Automotive stands united in remembrance 🇺🇸🕯️

09/11/2026

Today, we pause to remember September 11, 2001.

We honor the lives that were lost, the families forever changed, and the first responders and everyday Americans who showed extraordinary courage in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

25 years later, we still remember the way our country came together—with compassion, courage, and a willingness to help one another.

On this Patriot Day, all of us at Tyler’s Automotive remember and honor those we lost.
