Standing proudly at Parkway Subaru is a 250 -250 year-old Live Oak, a living piece of Wilmington history that has watched generations of our community grow and change around it.

As Wilmington continues to develop, protecting the tree canopy that gives our city so much of its character is more important than ever. That’s why Parkway Subaru is making an extensive effort to protect and preserve this incredible tree rather than simply removing it.

This is more than just a tree. It represents hundreds of years of history, shade, wildlife habitat, natural beauty, and the character that makes Wilmington such a special place to call home.

We’re proud to do our part to protect Wilmington’s natural heritage, and we hope this magnificent Live Oak will continue standing here for generations to come. 🌿
