**PASSING THE KEYS & STARTING A NEW CHAPTER**

There’s something special about this photo. After years of working alongside Lee and learning from his leadership, the keys are officially being passed to Josh, our new Harbor Master, with Cameron stepping into the role of Assistant Harbor Master.

And we couldn’t be prouder of these two!

Both started with Marsh Creek Marine while they were still in high school. Josh joined us in **2019**, starting in our Service Department and working his way up, while Cameron joined us in **2018** as a summer deckhand. Over the years, they have grown into two of the most important members of our marina team.

They know our marina, they know our members, and most importantly, they understand the level of care and service that has always been so important to us.

Lee leaves some pretty big shoes to fill, but he has spent the last several years helping prepare the next generation to carry that standard forward.

Please join us in congratulating Harbor Master Josh and Assistant Harbor Master Cameron as they take on their new roles. We’re excited for what’s ahead!

Sometimes a working relationship grows into something so much more, it becomes family. Lee Daniels is one of those rare people who leaves a lasting mark on everyone around him, and we couldn’t be more proud of him or more grateful for the time we’ve had together. ❤️

After almost eight incredible years, it’s time to close one chapter and begin an exciting new one.

Saying goodbye to a place that has been such a big part of my life isn’t easy. I’ve been fortunate to work with an amazing team and build friendships that will last a lifetime. I’m grateful for the memories, laughs, challenges, and accomplishments we shared. I could not have done my job without the support of such a great staff.

To all the customers, I am so thankful for the relationships I’ve built with so many of you. It has been a privilege to serve you, earn your trust, and get to know you and your families. I truly hope those relationships continue for years to come.

I especially want to thank Jeb and Stephanie for their overwhelming support, encouragement, and belief in me over the past eight years. The life and business lessons I’ve learned through the mentorship of such great people are invaluable. I’ll be forever grateful for the opportunities they gave me and the ways they supported me and continue to support me, both personally and professionally.

Although saying goodbye is difficult, I’m truly excited about what’s ahead. I’ll be beginning a new career as a Financial Advisor alongside my mom and her partner at Parks-Daniels Wealth Advisory Group in my hometown of Goldsboro. While Goldsboro will be home base, we have the opportunity to work with people and families wherever they are. I’m looking forward to learning, growing, and building meaningful, lasting relationships while helping people work toward their financial goals, all while being back closer to family.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey. It’s truly been a fantastic first chapter of my professional career. I’m leaving with a full heart, great memories, and tremendous gratitude. - Lee

We hope it is something we never have to use. ❤️

We recently made the investment to add an AED to our property. Sometimes, life reminds us just how important it is to be prepared for the unexpected, and we knew this was something we needed to have here.

It is now installed, clearly marked, and centrally located on the property should an emergency ever arise.

One more step toward being prepared for the people who spend their time with us. ❤️

Our customers really are the BEST!

A huge thank you to the Hoey, Faulk, and Morisey families for thinking of our crew and bringing them lunch, donuts, and plenty of ice-cold Gatorades to help get them through this busy holiday weekend! ☀️🚤

Our team works incredibly hard, especially on weekends like this, and it means so much when our customers take the time to recognize and appreciate them.

Huge shoutout to two incredible marina families for keeping our marina crew fueled during these busy days on the water! ☀️⚓️

Thank you to the McCarthy family for breakfast this morning and the MacNeish family for lunch this afternoon. Your kindness and thoughtfulness mean more than you know.

Our marina crew works incredibly hard managing high volume traffic, launching boats, assisting customers, and keeping everything moving safely and efficiently all day long. We are beyond thankful to have such an amazing team, and equally thankful for customers who recognize and support them.

We truly have the best marina family around. 💙
