We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable GM technician to maintain and repair customer’s vehicles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with different automotive systems, diagnostics, and repairs. You will be responsible for performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs to ensure vehicles are in excellent working condition.

Key Responsibilities:
-Efficiently and accurately diagnose and repair vehicle issues related to the engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems in accordance with the dealership’s and factory standards
-Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify problems and suggest repairs
-Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company’s values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
-Maintain an organized and neat shop area
-Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols
-Collaborate directly with service advisors and parts department to ensure efficient workflow and timely service delivery
Qualifications:
-Positive can-do attitude
-At least 3 years GM dealership experience
-Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques
-Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively
-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-Strong communication skills and customer service-oriented
-Ability to work independently or as part of a team
-ASE Certification (preferred, but not required)
-Valid NC driver’s license and reliable transportation
-Professional appearance and work ethic
-Drug test and background check required
