THANK YOU to everyone who came out or lent a hand at the Swap Meet today. It was a huge success, especially given the weather circumstances. We were pleasantly surprised with the walk-up crowd, given the circumstances. This is a huge event to coordinate with our small team of volunteers, and the scheduling constraints of a big event center like Roberts mean that we're often at the mercy of the weather. The karting community who were still able to travel showed up big time for us this year, and we look forward to seeing everyone who couldn't make it out this year in 2027. We hope to return to our traditional "first weekend in February" slot for the next couple of years.

We know that everyone, especially our racers coming in from the South, are watching the weather this weekend, but our plan is to proceed with the show on Saturday morning as usual.

Wilmington, Ohio is currently on the upper end of the winter storm as it currently stands, with snow not predicted in the area until Saturday mid afternoon.

Please keep an eye on the weather for your own travel plan and be safe on your trips.

OVKA is proud to once again offer a series of Seminars and Tech Trainings at the 2026 Trade Show & Swap Meet at the Roberts Centre in Wilmington, OH on Jan 24! Our Free Seminars include: Intro to Karting with OVKA for new racers, MyChron & Race Studio Data Analysis with Matt Romanowski of TrailBrake.com, and Briggs 206 Tuning and Maintenance with Gary Lawson of Lawson Speed Shop.
