In case anyone was wondering… yes, we’re still alive. We’ve been slammed and are already booked out a few weeks across the Cape Fear area. Between the workload and the Spring weather kicking off busy season, social media hasn’t exactly been top priority.

🚨 Service Tip of the Day 🚨

If your RV is acting weird today, double check that it hasn’t slipped into a Seasonal Sync Displacement mode.

Common symptoms include:

-- fridge making ice without an ice maker
-- slide stopping halfway out for absolutely no reason
-- thermostat reading 70° while you’re sweating like you’re in a sauna
-- auto leveling deciding “meh, close enough”
-- water pump sounding like it woke up in a mood

No official manufacturer recall has been issued at this time.
Just bad timing and RV drama.

If your RV is doing something actually weird, send us a message.
If it’s just doing something weird today… maybe give it until tomorrow to see if the attitude improves.

We’ll be closed for the holidays from December 24 through January 4 and will reopen on January 5. We’re using this time to rest, recharge, and give Mike some extra time to heal. He’s getting better every day, but recovery takes time… he already took last week off and… well… decided to extend it. Why stop there?😂

As for phone calls… I might add an AI assistant to help while we’re out. Our last one, Jessica, meant well but was a bit of a knucklehead 😅 - she scheduled appointments like geography didn’t exist. If we try that again, we’ll definitely be watching.

I personally won’t be answering the phone during the break - holiday mode will be ON - but I promise I’ll catch up as soon as we’re back.

Tank was on duty yesterday doing a little quality control. He gave these new (but bad) GE AC units one last look before they head to the dump.(we dont know what got into him, but he did not want to get down!) 😂

Two of the three units were shot, but Brinkley RV support stepped up and got everything taken care of under warranty for their customer (and ours!). The new replacements are in and working great.

Always appreciate working with a company that stands behind their product and their customers.

Short get away to Greenville, SC then Sneads Ferry, NC for a couple weeks. We're on a "workcation" enjoying a little rest and relaxation while still serving our wonderful customers!
