Camp at the coast without giving up the comforts. 🌊🏕️
Island Creek Campground is being built to give you the best of both worlds: a comfortable home base with Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, the Riverwalk, and some of the Cape Fear region’s best adventures just minutes away.
Back at camp? Pool days, pickleball, food trucks, the dog park, campfires, and plenty of room to settle in.
We’re getting closer every day. Follow along and join our email list for opening updates, early booking opportunities, and specials as we head toward 2027.

Walls! Actual walls!
Drywall is up in the office, so we grabbed a quick walkthrough. You'll see the kitchenette (coffee situation: taken seriously) and the manager's office where all the "yes, we have a site open" magic happens.
There's also going to be a retail corner in here. Which brings us to a real question - what do you actually want to find in a campground store? The thing you always forget, the thing you'd buy on impulse, the thing that saved your trip once. Tell us below, we're taking notes.
