Track is coming together nicely… Hope to see everyone this weekend October 17th and 18th for our 2-day race.

Just a reminder, everyone including spectators will need to sign a release to enter the property. Also, if you have a minor racer, both parents will need to sign their release waiver or they will not be permitted to Race, no exceptions.
If both parents are not going to be at the race, send me a DM ahead of time and I can email you the form or send it via DocuSign and have the other parent sign it that way. I really don’t want this to be an issue, but there is always that one person… 😣

Bring your grills, bring your coolers and enjoy some fresh air and a night of camping at the ranch in the great outdoors…

We hope everyone is as excited as we are for a great weekend of racing, good company, and some much-welcomed cooler weather!

⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDER — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! ⚠️

ALL individuals entering the property, including riders, family members, and spectators, are required to sign a liability waiver. NO EXCEPTIONS!

PARENTS OF MINOR RIDERS — PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION!

If you have a minor rider participating in this event, BOTH PARENTS MUST SIGN THE LIABILITY RELEASE WAIVER BEFORE YOUR CHILD WILL BE ALLOWED TO RACE. NO EXCEPTIONS!

And for those in the back, let me repeat that one more time:

BOTH PARENTS MUST SIGN THE WAIVER BEFORE JUNIOR GETS ON THE TRACK!

If both parents will not be attending the event, please send me a private message ahead of time. I can email the waiver or send it through DocuSign so the absent parent can sign electronically. You can also bring the completed waiver with you.

We’ve made this process as simple and convenient as possible. Unfortunately, in today’s world, these precautions are necessary to protect everyone involved.

PLEASE BE PROACTIVE AND TAKE CARE OF THIS BEFORE RACE WEEKEND!

Don’t wait until you’re standing at registration with a disappointed young racer because the required paperwork wasn’t completed. We don’t want to turn anyone away, but these requirements will be strictly enforced, regardless of the circumstances.

We want everyone to have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable weekend. A little preparation ahead of time will help keep registration running smoothly and allow us to focus on what we’re all here for — GREAT RACING!

🏁 🏁 🏁 Attention In The Pits 🏁 🏁

We have made a significant investment in the future of our facility to ensure we can continue providing quality flat track racing, regardless of weather conditions.

Those who know me know that I don’t believe in doing anything halfway. When I commit to something, my goal is always to do it right and provide the best possible racing experience for everyone involved. This track has definitely been a “Labor of Love” and most definitely a learning experience.

Having to cancel our September round due to the drought was extremely disappointing. I never want to be in a position where we have to cancel an event because we simply don’t have the water needed to prepare the track.

We decided to take matters into our own hands and invest in a long-term, drought-resistant water solution that will allow us to maintain the track without depending on water levels in our stock tanks. I decided to dig a second, much deeper stock tank as well as put in an irrigation system for the track.

This is a major commitment and demonstrates our appreciation to the riders, families, and everyone who supports our great sport and track.

Tom Deany for his involvement and continued support of flat track racing. Without Tom’s help, this project would not have been possible. His commitment to giving back to the sport and helping create opportunities for racers is something I sincerely appreciate.

We’re excited about what the future holds and look forward to continuing our partnership with Lonestar Flattrack to deliver an exciting and memorable 2027 racing season for riders, fans, and families alike…
