Important Announcement To Our Loyal Customers:

We will be moving our business to a new location in Willoughby, as a result of lease changes at our current location.

To allow us the time to move our equipment to the new location and be ready to service your cars effectively, we will not be repairing or servicing any vehicles for the next two weeks.

We plan to re-open on October 10th.

We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to seeing you soon at our new location. Check back for updates on this page! We will provide our new location address closer to our opening date. Thank you for your business over the years - we appreciate you!

When did you last have your cabin air filter serviced? The filter on top is from a 2013 suv with less than 70,000 miles. The cabin filter traps dirt and debris before it enters the heater and a/c system. Most manufacturers recommend service between 20-30,000 miles, check it more often if you park outside, or drive dirt roads.

A customer recently asked us to give our opinion about how his car would perform in an upcoming Ohio state emission inspection, called "echeck". We are often asked this question. You can perform a quick check on your car without having to come to the shop.

First thing is to make sure that there are no brake, coolant or oil pressure warning lights on, and believe it or not they won't get in the car if the driver's side window won't go down!

With the key on (run position) and the engine off, the check engine light (CEL) should turn on to show that the bulb is good. You will not pass the echeck if your CEL does not illuminate at this point.

Next start the engine. After around ten seconds, the CEL should turn off. If the light remains on, or turns on at any point while driving, the car will not pass the echeck. The only exception would be if your battery recently died or was disconnected, you may not pass the echeck. If this is the case, it would be best to call us first to evaluate the situation.

There are other things that echeck evaluates, but this quick check will give you a good idea of how your car will perform.
