REVIVING MY BMW E30 — PART 1 🏁🔧

The E30 revival officially begins. Today’s mission: rip out the entire interior and see what we’re actually working with. 😭

Seats out, carpet out, panels out — we’re stripping this thing down and starting from the ground up. There’s A LOT of work ahead, but that’s the whole point.

Just bought TWO BMW E30s! 👀🏁

They both need a LOT of work and even more love, but that’s exactly what makes this fun. 🔧

I’m starting with the 1986 E30 first — full restoration, bringing it back to life one step at a time. Once that one is finished, the 1987 might be next. 👀

No idea exactly how this is going to turn out, but I’m doing as much of the build myself as possible and documenting the entire process.

Today was one of those days that reminds you why success isn’t always easy.

The morning started with a cancellation, and for a minute it looked like the whole schedule was going to fall apart. Instead of calling it a day, we adjusted, stayed focused, and kept pushing.

From 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, we completed 4 vehicles and 5 mowers. A 14-hour day full of problem-solving, hard work, and lessons that will only make us better.

Building a business isn’t about having perfect days—it’s about how you respond when things don’t go as planned. Grateful for every customer who trusts us, and excited to keep growing. One day at a time. 💪
