In my 8 years on business I haven’t had as many obstacles as I’ve had in the last 8 weeks.

Some really good, some really sh*tty. I can’t thank my team enough for locking it in lately because it’s been a ride.

I can’t thank my customers enough for being patient and understanding in this situation. You guys are amazing.

Sometimes on those long days, weeks, nights…. You just gotta remember what it’s all about and ride the wave to see how great Gods plan really is.

Everything happens for a reason and I can’t wait to see where this step is taking Sticky.

It’s no secrets that our biggest obstacle at Sticky is wait times. My greatest blessing is also my biggest curse.

I literally have more work than i can physically handle.

Up until this year it’s been me. Design, Print, Install and my guy J living in the production room and prepping vehicles.

This year is going to be the internal growth that I’ve been putting off for two long. I’ve been blessed to have Brad and Kyle come on board for design and install which has bumped up production faster than we can print.

The last month Me and J have been working in shifts so the printer can LITERALLY print 24/7. Last the printer finally died, which pushed me to take another step that I’ve been avoiding too long a decided it’s time to take things and little more serious and invest in myself.

We’re now running two printers and laminators full time and i’m not stopping there. If you don’t know we also offer a FULL product line of Apparel, Hats and Yard signs and commercial upfitting IN HOUSE.

You guys have been able to see what I did on my own, wait till you see the team I’m putting together.

If you guys thought I was doing a lot before, hold my squeegee.

The NorCast StormTracker is here! Some upgrades over the next month or so and we will be ready to go! Need some bigger tires, outfit the inside toner broadcast-ready and wrapped by !

The NorCast Storm Tracker is becoming a REALITY!!!! I couldn't be more thrilled about this. It was just an idea a couple weeks ago and my friends at Lilliston Ford are making it happen. We will be forming a strong partnership going forward and I really appreciate them working with us. GREAT people. Really great people. Sat down with them yesterday and went over everything.
