This 2015 Isuzu NPR with a JC Supreme body was having serious trouble with the rear door. It was difficult to open and close, and at times, it refused to open altogether. After inspection, we found the hinges, rollers, door panels, and hardware were heavily worn, rusted, and damaged.

🔧 TCS Mobile Repair got it handled!

We ordered the complete replacement door panels and hardware, then traveled to the customer’s location to get the job done. The old door and worn-out hardware were removed, along with the existing cables. New cables were installed, springs were wound up, and the new panels, hinges, rollers, and hardware were put into place.

We also installed a new latch assembly, greased the tracks, rollers, and hinges, and made sure everything was properly adjusted.

After putting it all back together, we put the door through multiple open-and-close cycles to verify everything was operating smoothly. No sticking, no fighting with the door, and no more refusing to open! 💪🔧

Our tech traveled to the customer’s location after their 2014 Genie GTH-1544 was found leaking fuel underneath the engine. After a thorough inspection, we tracked the leak down to a fuel line running to the fuel filters. The line had been rubbing against the shield, eventually wearing through and creating a pinhole leak. ⛽️💧

We removed the damaged hoses from the fuel filter assembly to the engine and had new replacement hoses custom made. Once back on site, we installed the new hoses and fittings, routed everything correctly, and tightened all connections to spec.

The machine was cleaned up, the shield was reinstalled, and the GTH-1544 was started and thoroughly tested to make sure there were no remaining leaks or issues. âś…

Fuel leak found. Problem solved. Machine tested and ready to get back to work. 🔧💯

A customer called in with a CAT GC45K that had a hard brake pedal and no braking ability — definitely an issue that needed immediate attention!

Our tech got to work and found the brake booster was internally failing along with the master cylinder. We removed the master cylinder and lines, then pulled the complete pedal assembly to access the booster.

The brackets were swapped over, the new booster was installed into the pedal assembly, and the master cylinder was reinstalled with all lines and hoses properly connected. The booster fork was adjusted to the correct position, the entire braking system was thoroughly bled, and the unit was put through testing to verify proper brake operation. âś…

After confirming everything was functioning as it should, this CAT GC45K was released back to service! đź’Ş

When the brakes start squeaking and locking up, it’s time to get to the root of the problem! Our team got to work on this 2020 International MV607, tackling a complete brake repair to get this truck safely back on the road.

We started by safely jacking and supporting the rear of the truck before removing the wheels, brake chambers, calipers, hubs, and axles. Once everything was apart, we found low brake pads and warped rotors that were causing the braking issues.

We replaced the wheel seals, serviced the wheel bearings, reinstalled the hubs and axles, torqued everything to spec, and installed new brake pads. The brake chambers and calipers were reinstalled and properly adjusted before moving on to the opposite side.

We then moved to the front of the truck, where we removed the hubs and calipers, repacked the wheel bearings, replaced the seals, reassembled everything, and adjusted the brakes properly.

After cleaning up the work area, we took the MV607 out for a thorough test drive to verify proper braking performance. Once everything checked out, this truck was officially back in service and ready to roll! 💪🛠️

Another lift gate brought back to full strength by the TCS Mobile Repair team! đź’Ş

We traveled to the customer’s location, located the 2022 Great Dane Trailer, and got straight to work diagnosing the lift gate issues. We found the pump leaking hydraulic fluid due to a loose adjustment screw and nut. We also discovered the batteries were running low and had heavy corrosion built up on the terminals, causing weak power to the lift gate.

We replaced the batteries, cleaned up all the corrosion, secured and tightened the battery connections, and applied dielectric grease to help prevent future corrosion. We also repaired and secured the adjustment screw and nut, checked the seal, and topped off the hydraulic fluid to the proper level.

After everything was buttoned up, we put the lift gate through a full function test to make sure it was operating properly and ready to get back to work. âś…

When it comes to brakes, there’s no room for compromise! 🛠️

Our team got to work on this Mitsubishi FG30N after the brakes were failing. During inspection, we found the master cylinder was losing pressure while the pedal was being depressed.

We removed the floor plate and upper cover, disconnected the fork and brake lines, and removed the faulty master cylinder. After cleaning the area, we installed a new master cylinder, reconnected the lines and fork, and adjusted the fork for proper pedal pressure. The brake system was then filled and thoroughly bled before testing.

âś… Braking pressure restored
âś… System properly adjusted and bled
âś… Unit tested and verified
âś… Back in service and ready to work!

At TCS, we don’t just fix the problem—we make sure the job is done right and the equipment is ready to get back to work. 💪🔧

Safety first at TCS! 🚧 This Wiggins came in with heavily worn fork position cylinder eyelets creating a serious safety hazard.

We traveled to the customer, secured the unit, and got straight to work. The fork position cylinders were removed along with the worn mounting hardware. The lower cylinder mounts were cut from the carriage, and the area was cleaned, ground, and prepped for new mounts. 🛠️

New mounts were securely welded into place, grease fittings installed, and new cylinders, pins, and bushings were fitted up. We finished everything off by painting the welded areas, greasing all pivot points, reconnecting the hydraulic hoses, and topping off the hydraulic fluid.

After putting it all back together, we started the unit and thoroughly tested the fork positioning function to make sure everything was operating properly before returning it to service. âś…

Customer called in needing the starter replaced after it failed. We ordered a new starter and traveled to the customer’s location to get the 2014 Case IH 580 back up and running.

Once on-site, we removed the battery box cover, disconnected the batteries, opened the hood, and removed the battery cables and excite wire from the starter. The failed starter was removed and replaced with a new unit, with all connections torqued to spec. We reconnected the batteries, started the machine, and verified the starter repair was working properly.

While completing the repair, we also found the A/C belt was cracked and ready to break. The customer approved the additional repair, so we picked up a new belt locally, returned to the jobsite, removed the damaged belt, installed the replacement, and set the proper tension.

After starting and testing the unit, everything was operating properly and the 2014 Case IH 580 was put back into service! 💪🔧

Another hydraulic repair handled by the TCS team! 💪🔧

We traveled to the customer, located the Yale forklift with the Cascade paper roll clamp, and moved it into a safe work area before getting started.

We removed the short arm cylinders from the paper roll clamp and completely disassembled them to get to the root of the problem. The cylinders were leaking due to failed seals, so we removed the old seals, repacked the cylinders with new seals, installed a new check valve, cleaned everything up, and topped off the fluid.

After the repair, we ran the forklift and clamp through their functions, verified proper operation, and put the machine back into service! âś…

Our team traveled to the customer’s location after a CAT GC45K SWB was found leaking hydraulic fluid. After locating the unit in the back of the warehouse, we ran through all functions and tracked the leak down to a hydraulic hose that had rubbed through and developed a hole. 💦

We removed the necessary carriage clamps and accessed the damaged hose fittings. The leaking hoses were removed and brand-new hydraulic hoses were fabricated and installed, properly routed, and tightened to spec. We also secured the clamps and brackets back into place, topped off the hydraulic tank, and cleaned up the lines and fittings.

After everything was buttoned up, we fired the unit back up and put it through a full function test — no leaks, no issues, and everything operating properly! ✅

Another repair completed and another customer’s equipment ready to get back to work. 💪

We don’t cut corners here at TCS — we fix it right and get you back in business! 🔥
