Cheyenne Choppers LLC will NOT install customer supplied parts, for a handful of reasons:

-Our Insurance Company has advised against it, by installing your parts, we lose the Indemnification of our suppliers, this is a huge risk to us and our insurance company. As a niche industry, we pay some of the highest premiums in business, and coverage is hard to obtain. We won't take the risk

-We are the experts in our field, it's our responsibility to research and recommend parts that we have confidence in. This requires an investment of time and money on our behalf, when we sacrifice parts margins to accommodate customer supplied parts, we're doing this for free. Our time is valuable, we don't believe our staff should work for free.

-Regardless of what you read (or who you heard it from), the people on the internet don't know everything! It is EXTREMELY easy to sound educated online, that doesn't mean they have the experience.

-Over half of customer supplied parts are wrong!!! When this occurs, it stops the process, kills efficiency, and ultimately costs the customer more money. The individual on the other end of the line doesn’t care (for the most part), they're in business to make money, they sell you what makes them the most money, and move onto the next.

You're not saving sales tax (most online companies are charging it), and you typically have to pay shipping. The few bucks that you save aren't worth the headache when you have to find a less than reputable shop to install the parts. Or worse, when you're halfway thru the job, realize you're in trouble, and can't get your $30k motorcycle back together (We see it a lot). We want to have a great experience on both sides, let us do the legwork, we'll always make the best recommendations we can based on our shops experiences.

Thank you for understanding
