**2nd call Sunday January 25/26th Snowstorm

Historic numbers of Winter Storm Warnings stretch into 23 states.

**A Disaster Emergency has been issued. This is NOT a travel ban for passenger vehicles however if you don't have to travel Sunday or Monday, please don't!!!

**Travel ban for all commercial vehicles begins at 12am on Sunday. No commercial vehicles will be on the road.

As expected, slight adjustments made, basically the same for most of us in NEPA. The 14-20" zone was increased to 16-22" and Philadelphia was moved into the 6-12" range where sleet may factor in to lower totals. For the most part the entire state should see Winter Storm Warning criteria with the jackpot zones being the Lauren Highlands and Poconos of NEPA where totals of the high end of 22" or greater are possible.

.Region by region:
Philly Metro - 6 - 12" if there's no changeover to sleet, totals could much higher.

Lehigh Valley - 14-20" Higher totals as you go farther north. Sleet could mix in late.

Wyoming Valley - 16-22" of snow, highest totals in the higher elevations. Jackpot Zone. Remains all snow.

Poconos - 16-22" of snow, many areas may exceed 22" in the higher elevations. Remains all snow.

Northern Tier east 16-22" All snow, some areas could receive more than 22". Jackpot Zone.

Northern Central Counties 14-20" All snow.

Central PA Counties 16-22" All snow.

Laurel Highlands - 16-22" All snow, some areas should receive more than 22" Jackpot Zone.

Pittsburgh Metro - 14-20" All snow.

Erie Metro - 12-18" of snow All snow. No major Lake Effect component.

. Timing:

Timing looks to be around 4am, could be as early as 2am or as late as 4am and ending Monday between 2pm and 6pm.

Model guidance continues to be strong. Stay tuned for updates but very little has changed. Have a great day everyone!!!
