I recently had my radio tuned and was impressed that it could be done remotely. I had invested in top-of-the-line equipment and was eager to optimize its performance. As an avid enthusiast of JL Audio systems, I was determined to get the best out of mine. However, my initial attempts to tune it myself were unsuccessful. Local shops were hesitant to work on a customer-installed radio, citing concerns about warranty and liability. Fortunately, I contacted JL Audio and was referred to Jeffrey Hald of Total Tuning in Texas. He offered a Tun Max solution that could be shipped to me, and we collaborated remotely to achieve the optimal tune. Throughout the process, Jeffrey was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. The end result exceeded my expectations, with my truck's audio system sounding better than I ever thought possible. Additionally, Jeffrey provided valuable guidance on product selection and installation best practices. Despite initial reservations about remote tuning, I can confidently say that this experience was exceptional, and I have never heard any radio sound this good.
