Building custom sub boxes is a big part of what we do but our custom harnesses are no small part either. We also do full custom work as well. Some of these are custom B-pillars and kick panels as one-off builds. Some can be ordered for DIY folks and others like the one-off builds sometimes need to be in shop to complete. Do you like puzzles? The stack fab method of box building is much like a 3D puzzle. Lego could be a good analogy as well. Just glue, pin and stack until it is complete. Either way you look at it this is a really good way to get as much air space a possible from a small space.

This 2017 RAM Crew Cab is cab shaking now! This box is custom fit to the PRO10 subs for this exact build. Getting the air space as close to what the manufacture wants will truly make a big difference in how the subs perform. This build landed at .4 compared to the .35 they preferer.

As the new shop gets put to use the old shop changes. The shipping room is much more focused on just that. Our new shipping guy Sam is already got the system down too. Adding acoustic stuffing, making and installing speaker terminals and placing badges on boxes so he can wrap them up safe to get them out to the customers.

Now that the new shop is mostly completed, we can make use of the new area so we are not on top of each other. Joey is settling in and getting his routine down. Maycen has popped in to build an amp rack and harness here and there. The new amp rack storage shelf is now in place too.

Wavtech recently released this 8-channel 1400-watt amplifier. We are loving the prospects of this product. We expect this to be a great solution to many builds such as we have seen from other Wavtech products we use regularly. Sorry for the teaser but we will share as soon as we use one.
