Happy last day of May! June is here tomorrow, and that means outdoor cooking season is officially in full swing.

June, July, August, and September are the absolute prime months for cooking outside here in Western NC. Whether it is a campsite in the Smokies, a backyard cookout with neighbors, or a spontaneous Tuesday night griddle session with the family, everything tastes better cooked outside.
