202 mile ride!! Home to Del Mar. One day, 13 hours on the bike, 7,500 calories burned. Left at 4am, got to Del Mar about 10:30, put down some good coffee and a burrito and headed home. Epic/ brutal day with Andrew Naz and Daniel Siapin! One flat tire, my food consumption ~ 6 Sis carb gel packs, 4 Gu energy shots, a Snickers bar, Twix, bad of almonds and dates, 4 packs a of ritz cheese crackers, half a burrito, 2 energy bars, 3 granola bars, 4 packs of electrolytes, a pedialight, like 1/4 cup of salt, 6L of water, energy gummies, some beef jerkey, a coke…. Did I miss something?? Lol.
